Thanks Vishu.. but now if we would like to cancel it.. my granpa sells it 8 years back in just 15-20 thousand and you all know how much rate is, we haven't heard by dealer yet but is there any open option.

I am sure , the dealer will have enough ways to safeguard his interest..

Also Your grandpa (with all due respects) sold the parchi from his own will, wont it be cheating if you cancel the deal now?

Dont take my POV in a negetive way. I appologise in advance if I have not put my point forward in the most appropriate way possible.

Kind regards
A

i suggest all the allotee to please transfer the change address mention in your booking slip with the present residential address and also to females who have applied in 1981 scheme before marriage and now after marriage there sir name has changed. and also to those alotte who has the case of mutation , in which application belongs to thier decesed father or grand father as soon as possible. as in the case of mutation normally time of 2-3 months take place , so do it qiucky. before the allotmnet letter issue. the transfer of adress form and book for the mutation is available at DDA office , vikas sadan.

After a gap of 30 odd years there is tremendous increase in cost of plot.If an allottee is not in a position to pay,can DDA make instalments like EMI.Why allottee should suffer due to folly of DDA,if he is not in a position to pay.Is there any legal option available

What should I do in this condition.

thnx in advance.
its just your residential address should not be in the name of your father, house tax, electricity bill, water bill , which will be demanded by DDA . and i m not sure of unauthorize colonies. and as far as change of address in concern meet the official of dda at vikas sadan in LSB- ROHINE, ON MONDAY AND THURSDAY 2.30-5 PM , he will let u know that at which address u will recieve the allotment letter

Hi,

Could you send me the link on the DDA website, where I could check if the new addresses have been updated or not.

I would be grateful.

Thanks,

at the moment naksha is not available with the dealers,so they r unable to quote any premium and also sale of leasehold property is ban , and dda will allot lease hold plot to all as vacant plot cannot be given as freehold in delhi.
