Hi, is there any who have idea about the project of Era group like Haywood Colonnade, Faridadbad Sec. 76 and Oakwood Court, Palwal. It seems that these project have been scrapped and new projects have been launched in its place. Can anyone also let me in view of this how can Era developers can be trusted. Please let me know about the Era group project Divine Court Gurgaon coz it also seems to be going nowhere. It may help lot of people who are blindly investing in many projects like these.

Dear Binodkoomar,

You are very right.The fate of Era group's projects in Nehar par Faridabad is in limbo as they have all missed the deadlines.Some have been reconverted into smaller ones like Era Homes etc. Just like Omaxe Spa, these projects are suitable if you are willing to wait min 5-7 years.
