how is uppal metro park in dwark location wise and builder any potential problem ? |

They do not have all approvals yet. Actually this is a restart of an earlier doomed project. They had similar plans earlier but the project was cancelled... hence a relaunch now...
there are a few threads on this forum which discuss about the Uppals' dwarka project.. |

Uppals metro park was under litigation with DMRC over the land issue.Still, the dispute is not settled.

Don't Buy This Project
I am a property consultant in Dwarka and I suggest you don't buy Uppal's property in Dwarka. Its very high price and location is very bad. You will never get the premium in future.
