Anyone knows about any new or upcoming project in Dwarka? My budget is 40 lacs all inclusive.

Uppal group is coming out with a new project named Metro park Dwarka... 2 Bedroom of 1000 sqft will cost u 55 lacs approx all inclusive...location seems fine very near to metro station..

Uppal is the only private builder putting up a project in Dwarka. Its a good buy.

I understand there was a dispute between DMRC and MCD over tax payable? This had been holding back the project for a couple of years.. has it been sorted out now?

I still don't see any construction starting, that is my biggest worry with Metro Park. Does anyone have any reliable updates?

As an end-user with family based in Delhi-proper, I would prefer buying here rather than in Noida/ Gurgaon. However, because of concerns related to timely possession I am not able to get comfort about this project.

The dispute will continue for some more time though it seems that site activity has started at Uppals.
