Please comment on the Private Builder apartments in East of Kailash, South Delhi. Looking for a 3BR (built on a 200 sq. yards plot), top floor, new construction with elevator.

And what are the rates and other facilities like parking, terrace rights etc that you are getting...then only it can be evaluated.

Thanks vvishal . The person who required it bought a 3 BHK ( 2nd floor ) in the said place ( B block ) at 2.19 cr. , about 2/3 months back .

Hi ManojA - are there any specs of the flat available? Plot size? Lifts? New construction? 2.19 crores seems like a decent deal because plots in that area are 250 sq yards mostly.

Vishal, you are quite accurate about your views about EoK. Do you live around?

I didn't know East of Kailash discussions would be on forums!
