Eros Metro Mall Dwarka, New Delhi
Whats the scope of coming up Eros Metro Mall in Dwarka.
Retail Shops in this mall are very expensive. Is it still worth the investment for capital appreciation? OR Rentals? Will Brands be able to get enough footfalls. Are the current shop prices ranging from 25 to 50K persqft justified depending on the floor. Thanks Manohar |
