I need an opinion on buying a 3bhk builder floor or a DDA flat (2nd floor with Roof). some points of my confusion and for your consideration. 1. One would get 2 flats after building the 3rd floor. 2. Can stay in 2nd floor and give 3rd floor on Rent. 3. If wants can sell the 3rd floor. 4. As long as appreciation is concern it will appreciate both the flats than one builder floor. I am really impressed with the worthy talks all around on this site, apprently seeking a similar suggestion. Best Regards |

What is the location? How old are the DDA flats? Are you talking new or old builder floor?
