Default Future of property in Sonepat vs Bahadurgarh

Hi Gents,
Sonepat and Bahadurgarh locations in Haryana have similar connectivity with Delhi and lot of future potential. My opinion is that in current scenario Bahadurgarh seems to score over Sonepat in many terms like schools, connectivity to west delhi, metro approval etc. I would like to know the views of experts and locals of these regions on the future prospects say in term of 5-10 yrs.

thanks

sgverma

Bahadurgarh is not in even ncr planning board 2021. Development plan ..
Gaon like culture is their ..
bahadurgarh name ki wajah se hi wahan
Koi jana nhi chahega ..
Waise bahadurgarh is our ancient village..
And i would love to see it grow ..

Mr Krazy -
Can you please share with us where Bahadurgarh lacks. For a moment forget its name and so called rural bent of mind. We are discussing about investment potential considering its close vicinity to Delhi and positives like upcoming metro.

thanks
