sizes.. There are apartments varying from 1100 sq. ft to 1350 sq. ft...

Anybody seen the site location... bcoz I don't want it to be in busy area.. or in colonies..
it is located in a dwarka sector.. if yes then can be a good buy...

Hmm builder is new, can be a concern...but can be a boon too.
as i don't think, its a very big project ...
and getting anything around dwarka in this price... if delivered would fetch good returns and as well perfect for living too...

Builder is totally unknown. No point in getting into this kind of investment.

hmm you are right ... but very difficult to get anything in delhi as of now..
would it be fine.. if we get into this after it has made some progress...

bcoz dwarka is too costly..developed sector ...existing societies..

what do you say .. i know at this point INVESTING can be a bad idea..
