Need advice in developing 300 Sq Yd plot
Hello,
This is Manoj. I have a plot which my father bought long time back and then constructed a house for him and my mother to stay. The plot is 300 Sq. yard and is in GATED (sort of !!!) community in NW part of Delhi. I want to tear this structure down and build a new kothi and perhaps sell upper 1 or 2 floors. I do NOT know where to start hence posting here. I would like to hear from anybody who has done this kind of redevelopment and sold part of building. Can anybody suggest good architecture & contractors for building a kothi? Thanks MP |
