Need info around rates in Vasudhara Enclave - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi All,

Can some one give me an idea around current rates in Vasudhara Enclave area.

Will flats be easily available in this area.

I am looking for a 2/3 BHK with budget around 60L

I am also looking flat in vasundhara enclave. Its in the initial stages only. I think u will definitely get some flats in the price range that u have mentioned. You may check through various property sites initially and then contact brokers. Please share your experiences since we are sailing in same boat.

I am looking for bigger flat 3-4 BHK. I am looking for something around 1C but let us see what we can manage? I was checking some options through Kumar Properties. Did u check something?

I am currently speaking to Lijhara properties, who was my agent when I rented home few months back.

As per him, i can get 2BHK properties in appartments like City, Hindon, Highland, Abhinav (which i guess are better socities) for arounf 70-75L where as in rest I may get them around 65-70L.

Do you have any idea around property rates, as per my direct information, one 2BHK flat in Hindon was sold 3 2 months back in 63L (which completely contradicts with what my agent is showing me)

I have seen a flat in Highland, it has good maintenance. Rest i don't have much idea till date. You have to be really cautious with the dealers. Actually they would also want the property rates to be high for their brokerage is more if the rates are more. I have seen two flats 3+1 BHK in Mod Apt which I am liking seller is asking 1.25 C let us see if we can negotiate something on it.

One of my friends is selling GF 3BHK +store in 1cr+ in Abhimanyu Apts. If interested I can give u his details.
