Real estate sector has returned in Delhi NCR
Real estate sector has returned and Property Prices Going Up since September this year. When it comes to development in the real estate sector, North India takes a comfortable lead as compared to other parts of the country with Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan leading the pack.

Not so bogus - prices have gone up. Look at civil lines, NOIDa and Gurgaon. Nearly 20-30% lift.
How long they will stay up - that is another matter!!!!! |
