DLF to bring Four Seasons Hotels to India
DLF hotels are an arm of DLF Ltd, which is the most valuable real estate firm of India. As the Indian firm aims to expand its operations, DLF hotels have made an agreement with four season hotels to reach its targets.
It has been said that a 230-room luxury hotel will open by the end of 2010 near New Delhi. DLF Hotels also have a venture with Hilton Hotels for up to 75 business hotels and serviced apartments. It also aims to own 25,000-30,000 rooms over the next 7-10 years. The rising economy and inadequate supply of hotel rooms are drawing global chains to India, where pricey real estate is forcing them to partner local developers. |
