Question DLF Capital Green - is it a good investment

Any thoughts on investing in DLF Capital Green Phase II? They are quoting Rs. 6750 and Rs 7500 plus PLC which ranges from Rs. 500 to Rs. 1200.

Here are the points I consider positive:
1) Prime location in Delhi (connected to Metro and at resonable distance from CP)
2) Surronding rates in Ashok Vihar, Model Town, Punjabi Bagh range from Rs.8K to Rs. 12K per sq ft
3) one of its kind project in Delhi (unlike Mumbai there are not many high rise and large projects like this available)

I would appreciate your inputs.

Lightbulb

Dear Blaine,

DLF is trying very hard to make it sell. It is a good buy, though expensive.

hi, I have a few questions in my mind as I have just started my career in a different industry and interested in buying a residential property that I can afford.
However, this is not my introdution but part of my question because facts I want to clear may be very basic but they are not discussed by any builder or property dealer any where and even when they are asked.
Any generous person who can answer these questions here they are:
1. If there is no final or fixed price of the property given by the realtor how do we apply for the loan then?

2. If some one does'nt have a large amount like DLF is asking for this project what do we do?

3. What should be first question that we should ask ourselves before selecting a residential property so there is no legal tangle attached to paper work?

Exclamation Points 2 ponder b4 purchase

  • Location-Foresee plausible development,b4 dreaming of escalated prices like road network, utilities, offices, connectivity etc.
  • Price-Total payable wrt actual area n facilities
  • Surrounding development
  • Sale buyer agreement should be studied deeply
  • Avoid buying under written property
  • Broker should be well known
