the map of Capital greens has just been approved, while I saw the maps going to be approved when DLF started pre-launch in Delhi itself, which is the capital city of our country.

This is what I said for Jaypee Aman, the developers are playing with the emotions of us, and you people will still believe in frauds like them. I am posting a thread on DLF Westened Heights, in Real Estate updates.

I agree with you.
To add genuine end users never entered the market for last 2 years and are still waiting.
It was only the NRIs and IT employees with big loans from banks who have been booking still even in 2009 lured by (1)discounts (2) brand names.
