Dlf express greens gurgaon - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi all,I purchased an apartment in dlf express greens manesar, gurgaon and got the same financed thru citibank.
All my payments to dlf are up to date. Now i received a cancellation of property letter from them today mentioning reasson non payment of recent dues which the letter says was sent to me but i never received any final notice or demand notice at all from dlf.
My question is that can the developer do such a thing. I have responded to them with mentioning that i have not received any demand notice or anything like that and have asked them to send me a proof of delivery if at all they have sent anything like that.
Do you think that they are doing such a thing intentionally, because the price of the property has gone up and they might want to make a quick buck on that.

Pl. advise me what shall i do. They have been doing this in the past as well and comminucations from dlf doesnt reach. Is it that they want to charge you on delayed interest charges that they deliberately dont sent the demand notices or something?
