DLF Weighs Metro Link In Its Townships Nationwide
India’s largest real estate developer, DLF, is embarking on a new model to ensure its townships have connectivity with metro rail projects. The company has hired Delhi Metro Rail Corporation’s (DMRC) projects
For example, DLF has commissioned a study from RITES to examine the feasibility of an extension of Gurgaon metro to its IT township called DLF Cyber City. The company is willing to fund the extension to the Cyber City. It has similar plans for other cities where metro is coming up in the near future like Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. |
