Hi All,
I have a booking with EmaarMGF in their project 'The Avenues Esplanade' in Chennai.

I would like to invite flat owners from Esplanade & the avenues to join this thread and contribute with their experience, comments, opinions, etc in rgd to these projects.

319 views so far and not a single feedback....I'm sure some among them are the flat buyers or prospects; and also would be willing to hear one other's experiences & share updates.

I haven't received any response for the thread so far...however just a short update for the stake holders.

I had visited the site about a week back and was very pleased to see that people have started to move in the Esplanade (P1), also amenities like the play area, health club, swimming pool, etc..seemed to be operational. I'm not sure about the living comforts & built quality...would appreciate if anyone with this knowledge shares the same.

Regarding the Avenues, I could see that the pilling activities being carried out and many people working. The representative from EmaarMGF confirmed that the development was in good stream here on - I only hope they mean what they say now. Also the current price (resale) seems to be around 3800 to 4300 p/sqft for Avenues, anyone here has any confirmation on this?

Expecting some meaningful responses/discussion on this thread.
