I got to know about this offer from Era Divine group:
3BHK around 150 sq yrds : 15.5 lacks
3BHk around 250 sq yrds : 21.5 lacks

I found them quite cheap and got suspicious. I tried enquiring about it and got to know that they have taken the land on lease from govt for three years and nothing is known about the status later.
What do u guys think of this offer? Any idea or suggestions?

even i was too check with some ppl . and the Era group . but still i was not much sure this can be really happen or not.

I called the era group's office and as per them the land belongs to themand they would start constuction after monsoon.
One needs to visit the site to reassure if everything is as rosy as it appears to be.
