What is the rate going on for 150 sqyd villa in F and G block?

Hello Friends,

BPTP has raised the demand for enhanced EDC. EDC amount of Rs.1024/- per sq. yd. stands revised to Rs.2400/- per sq. yd.

I want to know,if the other people who have invested in BPTP Villas parkland project paying the money? As builder is also levying the heavy interest on late payments..

Paying Enhanced EDC still seems ok.. I believe it will not go to the builder's pocket.

fellow members please advice..
