It is really nice to see such an active forum with lots of knowldegeable people around. Congratulations to everyone.
I wanted your esteemed help in buying an apartment. I live in south delhi and intend to live there for few more years and want to buy in NCR for the sake of owning my own place and maybe shift there few years down the line. Initially I had booked in amrapali sapphire Noida sector 45 ( it is really close to south delhi). However they jacked up the price suddenly after promising 3270 psf and I didnt like it at all. Plus I have read so much on this forum about the poor quality of construction they have. ANd the deluge of apartments flooding up the N GN expressway. Still the location is very tempting.
I had gone and seen the site of Omaxe hills in surajkund road fardiabad and like the place. Except the rate they have is almost 3600-3700 psf. How are they as builders? Is this rate justified in Fbd at present, especially because the colony in front seems to have cheaper places. How aboiut rental returns there?
Please I would appreciate any kind of input on this. Thanks

Please be careful with Omaxe company, the company is cheater and doing only fraud work to collect money from the person.
I was also booked a flat in faridabad "Omaxe New height" Sector -78 with booking amount of Rs.2.5 lacks and as per the agreement with the Omaxe the Omaxe will give me the agreement paper after 2 weeks only.But after passing 3 weeks he do not give me any paper and demand for the next installement. I tell him to cancel my flat booking and return the booking amount.
Till now after passing 8 month he do not returned my booking amount and in response always telling me that the returning is in process.And one more thing the project work is yet not started and looks that it will also be caned in future.

Friends could you please guide me what I will do with omaxe so that my booking amount returned back.In back-up paper I have booking amount Xerox receipt and the bank check copy with signature of receiving the money by omaxe.

Your all possible suggestion will be appreciated.
