Request all informed/senior boarders to suggest if one can invest in BPTP's Discovery Park at current offering in subvention scheme? What would be prospect of the project after 2-3 years considering Master road and Metro in place in 3 years down the line.

Greetings Constuction seems to be going fine.. BPTP whats the current price, if you may have any idea please? I visited BPTP office yesterday and one lady was inquiring about princess park, probably Park floor will be delivered before princess park as I could make out of the discussion. Discover park is bit over priced (available 2665 minus broker discount), but I dont think they are going to lower the price despite slow booking pace. As location is very good, and may be the reason for slightly overpricing.

location is good since it is in sec-80 which is close to the bypass road. But ..
1. unlike ansals crown, Discovery park is not exactly located on the road. it is about a km inside. 2. it is very close to the infamous badauli village.... |

@pgarg2000,Thanks! But Ansal's rate is too high and it's also closer to badauli village (closer than Discovery). Ansal crown is Facing towards canal while discovery is towards 60 m& 40 m proposed sector roads which I think is advantage for Discovery. Timely delivery by BPTP may be concern.

I took a look at Ansals Crown yesterday from a distance. First I thought it was some kind of shopping mall, I came back home, searched for it and then found out that it was actually a residential project. My father has been working for Ansal lately as a fire fighting installations contractor and he has always been positive about the quality of building materials used by it, so that's just my 2 cents about the quality you can expect from Ansals (per my dad). I am though clueless about BPTP. Anyone has any idea?
