faridabad-when will the growth come?
Compare Faridabad with the other places-
1.Gurgaon-Gurgaon is scorching,the rates are going up vertically.Investments at Sohna Road are appreciating... 2.NOIDA: Already out of range.Area has started to resemble Gurgaon of earlier days when the growth story had started. 3.Ghaziabad: Already sold out though cramped and congested.(Not including Crossing republic and Raj Nagar Ext. which are not worth mentioning) Why has Faridabad beeen the laggard though it is the Closest to South Delhi. Why no development on the ground is taking place and why are the rates at Naharpar stagnant? Govt doesnt' seem intersted.It is the bulders who are desperatley trying to keep the interest alive though unsucessful. I hope my investment in faridabad pays off...... |
