Default Invest in Faridabad? BPTP/Omaxe or greenfield/dayalbagh

Hi,

I am planning to buy a house in faridabad (as cost elsewhere is not in my budget)

I daily travel to gurgaon (shankar chowk)..

Is it advisable to buy a house (for living, not for investment) in BPTP/Omaxe etc or should I go for greenfield/dayalbagh etc.

Please suggest and also tell me whether is it feasable to travel that far daily??

Thanks,
Sumit Singh

Hi Sumit,
As you are working in Gurgaon and are commuting to shankar chowk daily ,In my opinion Faridabad can be one of the options for you to settle down but before suggesting you any particular area in and around Gurgaon/Faridabad I would like to know what sort of house you are looking forward to(1/2/3 b/r) ,Within what budgets and what sort of possession time you will prefer( Ready To Move in/1/2/3 yrs possession)

Deepak

Default BPTP or Omaxe cannot be trusted

In my opinion, its better to buy any ready to move property in Faridabad than under-construction one - cant say when it will be completed.

Neither BPTP nor omaxe can be trusted for their timely delivery.

Yup, stay away from Greater Fbd and other than that any area in Fbd is ok depending on your commute.

Well, it is cheap. Closer to Delhi, connectivity of metro from Badarpur Border, connectivity of roads to Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida is decent and improving. Infrastructure is not as bad as projected by many...

However I have limited knowledge of Faridabad but I think Old Faridabad is fine to live, problem is only with Neharpar Faridabad Area. Due to greedy builders they make Neharpar Faridabad to nuicence for several buyers, rest has been done by slow development work in NP from authorities. Faridabad can be good for end users but Neharpar Faridabad has several problems at least at this time, hope for the best in future.

Greedy builders who are cheating buyers using several different ways should be punished by any regulatory.
