KLJ Sector 77 - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi,

I have bought a TWO BED ROOM flat in sector 77 KLJ TWO years back near to FNG express high way.

Can any body give some light about the builder, location and on FNG express highway.

Construction have alrady started in the project

Hi Rajiv,

I have also invested in KLJ Greens Sector 77, Faridabad. Construction is going on for all A - towers and last I got updated that construction is started for B towers also. Though slow but okay as external development is still lacking which Govt has to provide.
Also request you to join other KLJ Greens' members at commonfloors. com. You will find some more KLJ Greens memebrs over there.
To me, builders looks ok financially as they were financer to BPTP till now and also have other core business. Heard they have done residential project in Kirti Nagar and other commerical projects in Delhi, Gurgaon through partnership.
As on today, from Location perspective, definitely it is at last but I believe this location is very good strategically (1) it will be very close to expressway compare to other sectors (2) near by sectors like 76, 78 (including some part of 77) will be developed by HUDA. One of these is also declared as a commercial sector.

Builders might be sincere but FNG project is yet to take off

You are absolutely right Sohal but I believe there are other issues which are more serious comapre to FNG like lack of infrastructure (roads, water, electricity sewearages)..and for that I believe every one interested in that area irrespective of the project should come forward.

personally I think not making payment is not at all gud thing. At first place it makes your case weak and second many people doing this jeopardise the entire project..

apart from this send an mail to vkbans at gmail, we are bunch of people interacting each other (however none of us is committed beyond showing our unrest on emails)...hope with your presense, we can take some +ve steps
