Default Kunjean Welfare Housing Organisation, Landmark, Sec 88

I have an opportunity to invest in a 2000 sqft flat in Sector 88, the price is around 1600 psf all inclusive (CLP). The flat will be constructed by landmark group for a co-op society. The land has been acquired and license formalities are complete.

I would really appreciate your input in this investment, whether this is good for long term, sector-88 location etc.

I have limited knowledge on Faridabad . But i have been to this Sector 88 . See, if u r planning to hold this investment for long term, it should be a good investment . Rate looks pretty decent, but i do not have much knowledge on Landmark group.

I would advise you to stay away from Sec-88 Faridabad. It is going to take really long time to develop. It is going to be fine if you are thinking about holding it for 5 years +. You can get idea about this place from the current property rates/sqft, which are lower or equivalent to when projects were launched several years ago.

I have never heard of this builder or association, so can't say how genuine it is. What about the construction - has it started yet?
Be careful before putting your money in.

Did u finally go for it? I believe the rates around that project are approx Rs 2200/- Sft, though I am not sure.

And Off Course the next installment has been asked to be paid on 15 jan 2012 with BBA signing schedule not in place.

came across A WEBSITE

The website brings out the details of the project. Construction status and is basically invested by Ex Kunjeans (Sainik School, Kunjpura, Karnal).
Also on the website construction status

suggest it is bang next to SRS towers (visible in the photographs) for any kind of price ideas.

Also found a google group http://groups.google.com/group/kwho?hl=en

Is Rs 1600 including BSP/EDC/IDC/Parking/IFMS Deposit/Club Membership??
Close look at members List look like a group of men from different forces (Army, Navy, etc)

Any resale allowed??, Projected date?? final cost??

Current market prices of RTM around 2700 for Grandeura and 2800 for Omaxe I think.
