Hello

I purchased 3BHK flats in Omaxe New Heights recently and already paid 2 installments by own. I fixed to pay 3rd installment onward by Home loan and also informed the builder. The Home loan from LICHFL has already been approved and disbursement has not been started as the project has still not been approved. I requested the builder not to charge any interest on pending payments. The builder has informed that they will charge normal bank interests and the final will be decided during final handover.

Please suggest some views who are facing the same case in Omaxe New Heights. Any suggestions will be mostly appreciated,
