Ready to move Flats, Villas in Faridabad 2012
Hi
Greetings In the interest of specific inquiry reqarding ready to move projects under construction in Faridabad.. i wish to start this new thread Please inform projects, towers, etc that are likely to get the "Occupancy certificate" this year. i had heard,, Omaxe having done some final works in its project as well as Puri to offer possession of Pranayam in April-May.. Projects in Neharpar, Greater Faridabad

Greetings I have tried to compile an excel on various projects in neharpar area faridabad, sector 75-89.. on the link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...GB&pli=1#gid=0 (google sign in required) this if for general use by builder, broker, endusers, investors alike. It is indeed better than waiting endlessly and getting harassed by some stupid builder. This is a fool proof method, which people in ggn have used and have got wonderful results..with regards to propriety of deliveries, action against builder excesses, fines to builders for not following regulations, suspension and demotion of govt officials.. I am amazed at how things are changing for people who were suffering till now in GGN.. Cheers |
