What are the prospects of Sector 88? We are thinking of investing in an apartment in this sector.

Hi,

The property market of faridabad is going high and higher, it is wise idea to invest in faridabad property it will surely bring good result.

I had invested in omaxe height , sec 86 , Faridabad 3 to 4 years back . This was my worst portfolio . Faridabad is not good 4 investment in comparision to oppurtunities available in Noida / Gurgaon....

Sector 88 & Sectors of BPTP township are long term investments, as for now. Will take more than 8 yrs., for good returns, seeing the conditions now.

When I was staying in FBD, booked flat for end use, but recently moved to delhi, now I don't feel like moving to that flat (posession in 6 mnths)
and selling it off not fetching much returns, keeping in mind I had also invested 3 yrs back..

so happy end using (buying for end use perpective)... and unhappy investing ...
