Can anyone tell me how much advantageous is to invest in SRS Pearl Sec-87 for self residencial purpose.

SRS is already started the work in their Pearl floor , and allot to only 30 % , as they have less availablity and demand is more. So , apply demand supply formula here . so , rates will go definetly higher in near future ( may be in a year )
