Sunshine Avenue or Mahindra Chloris?
I am looking to invest or may be live in another year and looking for premium properties in faridabad. (please dont suggest Nehar par).
I came across two beautiful options one is sunshine avenue and another is Mahindra Chloris. I am at par with both options and both have some pros and cons. Which one is better? Any ideas/suggestion? |

You need to evaluate :
Brand name, commitments, past projects, actually premium or not, number of apartments, size and price. Do not go with addons that a builder is giving. In my views property by Mahindra will be a better option, because of quality, customer satisfaction, commitments etc. |
