RBI Declaration Form IPI 7, and IPI 8

I am a NRI, and very recently I have purchased a flat in Ghaziabad. Someday we may sell the flat, and I will be interested in bringing back to usa my investment money and any profits after the tax.

What I have learned that I need to submit RBI declaration for IPI 7 within 90 days, however I am struggling in locating IPI 7 form at RBI website.

Could someone advise me, how to get this form, and any RBI instruction in feeling this form?
