What are some easy ways to increase curb appeal when your house is on the market? Any easy ways to increase your house value when it is set out for sale.

Fresh paint, Cleaniness of garden and house and open windows to make the other feel ventilation would be appealing i suppose

Cleaniness & flowers. I think flowers & landscape gives it a homey feel. A welcoming appeal I guess you would say.

How safe it is to float it in the market when it is time to sell?How do you approach a broker?Is it wise to approach only one broker?Any other tips?Can one do it without any broker's help?
