Any Forumla to determine price?
Can anyone tell me is there any formula to determine the price of a piece of land, given the location and quality of soil and other factors like access to road and water?

Hye friend,
Unfortunately, there is no such formula at the moment as far as I'm aware. Once I came to know about a massive GIS project undertaken by an Indian research agency in coordination with Madhya Pradesh government about determining the characteristics of land, soil, water, weather etc at particular place but it was all about for agricultural, industrial and mining purpose. And, the pricing part was not covered and it could not be. May be we come across such developments in the real estate as well..!!!
