Apartment or Individual House?
Hi,
I am in process of buying a property in Gurgaon for my residential purpose, my question is.. Shall I buy an Apartment (3BHK/ 4BHK) or buy a land and built an individual house on it, which would be better in terms of - Cost, - Minimum legal hassles/ implications, property laws - Property Appreciation. Thanks in Anticipation
