pls suggest me about ashadeep grp and also about neemrana project of same .

Ashadeep is better option than many others at Neemrana.. Are u looking for plot or flat..?

Ashadeep builders have a very good reputation. their project Green Acres is constructed on schedule which itself is a rarity among builders. Their construction quality is also reasonable. lot of end user have already taken the possession of their homes since april 2013. Going rate for all inclusive 2bhk THE PALM is around 35 lac in the project in resale.

does anyone know about the current booking status of ashadeep flats in neemrana. my dealers says it is completely sold out. only resale available.

It makes more sense to buy resale in ashadeep green acres as possession is already given in some projects. this will be live-able very soon. I am looking for a 2bhk it in.

Hi All, i havent seen any activity on this thread lately. I wanted inputs from all esteemed members of Ashadeep's Green Acre township.

Undoubtedly, it is one of the better if not best townships of Neemrana

I am looking out for Marigold Floors and have following doubts

- They are keeping roof rights with them and have clearly mentioned in the app form that they may construct further floors or put any hoardings on the terrace. Is that a normal practice ?

- Builder doesnt sell thru brokers and therefore not very popular in the marked. Will resale be a challenge

- GF costs 30 lacs for 2bhk and is all sold out. FF is for 31 & SF is for 29 lacs....any feedback on which floor would be preferred one ...only from investment purposes?

- What are the projects for 2BHK at posession ? Does 40 lac seem to be an over-optimistic target after 2-2.5 years or is it fine. Marketing guys from ashadeep are predicting 50 lacs

Generic Questions about neemrana

- Does Neemrana have the potential to absorb big townships like this one and other apartment complexes coming over. I believe there are significant launches and this will further increase.

- How many japanese units are actually functional now

- what is the update on korean zone...is it actually confirmed or the visit of korean delegation has been overhyped

Dear,

There are more than 45 industries presently functional and approx 115 industries proposed in Japanese Zone. Commercial land already acquired by them.

Presently availability of residential apartment is lesser in Neemrana. Employees who works there they staying in Bawal, Behror etc.

Hi All,

Ashadeep's ANANTA JAGAT in Bhiwadi be a better option for investment purpose, as it has very Prime Location on Alwar-Bhiwadi Highway.
