Bangalore : Can Corporation Site acuire by BDA?
Hi All,
Planning to buy one plot belongs to church and was gifted to church 30 years back. The problem I am seeing, In RTC 1980 to 2001, BDA name is mentioned. Whereas from 2002 to till date within RTC's no BDA name exists. For your information, the plot belongs to BBMP and they have given PID number, Khatha etc. Betterment charges paid. When I visited BDA, they said it's been notified by BDA. Also further not de-notified itseems. My question is, when the plot is under corporation (BBMP), is there any chance in the future BDA can takeover or come for acquisition in future? |
