Ashiana Housing Ltd today announced the launch of Bharti Retail’s easyday store at Village Centre (the retail cum hotel development of Ashiana Housing Ltd) at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. thats very good news..i have visited the place and its is a great place to live in..after being impressed by Ashiana village..i too have bought a 2bhk flat in krish city on the main alwar bypass road..i would like to know if my investment is safe..also is there any possibility of good returns in that area..particularly in krish city in the next 2-3 years..plz elaborate

Bhiwadi is right now, not hot for investing. Mostly end users r in that market, with a few very long term investors. U,probably have to look at a period of 8 to 10 years, for good return on any investments there. |

Ashiana is one of the few builders that has delivered projects on time in Bhiwadi. They indeed have a good record in finishing projects on time or with slight delay. There are few others in Bhiwadi these days as Piyush Group, Omaxe, Avalon(not good though) etc. Prices varies depending how close you are to Bhiwadi on Alwar bypass.
