Building rules for Retail
Wish to share my views on evolving set of rules for Retail building.
When there are special rules for IT parks why not for Retail..... This I think will help us to create World class Shopping centres with the best supporting infrastructure......... After all Retail is going to emerge as the major source of revenue and employment in the near future..... The sad part is the authority looks at a Shopping centre as any other Office/Commercial complex.... |
