Buying land and safety
Hi everybody
I am planning to buy residnetial land in gurgaon. I want to make house after 2-3 years. I cannot visit property as i am living in UK. I want to know is it safe to buy land and keep it unoccupied for 2-3 years? what do i need to make sure nobody occupies land? another question is are property prices mentioned on web sites like magic bricks or 99acres actual prices or inflated? |

buying land
hi,
The factors affecting price of land are location, zoning and infrastructure planned by authorities. on these future projections the buyer has to decide whether price is inflated or actual. well if u cant visit d property then its not advisable to invest in property, either u can nominate someone by issueing a power of attorney to settle issues on ur behalf or stay out. hope this solves u r query vinod |
