Cancellation of agreement
Hi,
I've made agreement with builder and paid him around 3lacs as down payment towards a 2 BHK apt. Now if I cannot pay the rest amount or take loan from bank , can I cancel the agreement and get refund of the amount from builder ? Please let me Know Thanks M.S |
