Cancelling Flat Registration...... what is process
Hi,
I recently sell by flat to buyer. Registration of this property has been done infront of registrar. However Bank is not giving required amount of loan to this buyer and he is trying hard to get it. Now if I want to cancel this sell deed, what should I be doing here. Original Property papers are still with me. Thanks Makarand |
