Commercial property
Hello all. I am new to the forum. I am an NRI investor ie. not very knowledgeable. I am looking at pre-booking a commercial property which is to be developed in the SEZ of Greater Noida. The builder is Vardhaman and the the rate is 40 lakhs/1000 sq. ft. Would appreciate anyones thoughts on the property rates and builder.
