What documents required to transfer the flat, after death of my father? I have only agreement copy. Share certificate from co-op soc is untraceble.Generally how many days will it take to get tranferred?

Recently we transferred our house from my fathers name to the name of all heirs, after the death of my father.

we submitted

7/12 copy
Registration Copy
Succession Certificate
