i have already bought a 3 BHK flat in suburbs of Mumbai... till now i have not made agreement with the builder... i am opting for home loan now and i am in process of signing agreement with the builder...
i would like know what all documents i should check and what all points to be checked before signing agreement and builder has promised so many things in advertisements do these things should me mentioned in the agreements.. please guide....
