Hi Experts,

Can a bulider register the same flat in two names ? What i want to know is the falt purchased by me, can it be resold to some other person by the builder ?

Can someone give me contact numbers of legal consultants ?

Hello nevi,no builder can register the flat in another persons name if the sale agreement is done in your favour .you can go against him in the court of law.If you know somebody in the place where you have purchsed the flat, you can file in the consumer forum.
