Our developers has now felt the scarcity of land resource in highly growing cities of Tier I & II which has lead them to think alternatively to fulfill the highly raising demand for space in these cities. The one option ahead for them is going global. They are joining hands wid global developers to learn the art of developing high rise buildings on LIMITED pieces of Land in Tier I & II cities of India. This will work both ways - on one side we would get international expertise to build high structures with latest techniques and architectures whereas on the other side Inflow of international funds could solve funding problem for these possibly coming up structures. I suppose Indian real estate is at its turning phase...........
Advantages are definitely there, what I am thinking about is disadvantage part. Are there any disadvantages involved in this investment pattern? I would like to know from you all dear members. Please contribute whatever you think on it |
