any idea about the future prospects of hi tech city ghaziabad project? i invetsed in it 1.5 yrs back and still waiting for allotment. is it worth waiting anymore or should i take my money out of it?

Wait for just 2 monts more i think its give u very good appreciation as builder opened their office at the site recently and some disputes on the land also resolved.

From where you got this info let me know as well .I m thinking to buy a residential plot in HI-tech city.

Hi If anyone have plot in residential plot in HI-tech city, will like to get for the investment for next 2-3 year. I heard about residential plot in HI-tech city will be in possession after 2011. So it is good investment for next 2 year

Hi,
I also had bought a plot of 250sqyard in 2005 for which they said hightech township and everything will be ready by 2010 but till now they dont have proper land even.....
Everytime I call them their answer is next month............. from last 2 years.
Does anybody know anything about it? I m not sure it will come or not...
please if anyone investing in this first enquire properly.

No chances of any appreciation in near future in high tech city as builders are pushing crossings a big way. Better to offload when the market sentiments are good.

There are better options available in Ghaziabad.You may try for Gardenia/ Mahagun / Eldeco.
