How good is Livingston by Supertech in Crossing Republik
We are planning to invest in the new project by Supertech (Livingston) in Crossing Republik, Idirapuram. They are promising us possession in June 2010. How good is it to invest in this project. We are of the opinion that even if they do not give us posession in June 2010 and expecting a delay by 4 - 6 months, then again we are fine with it. What the question is - how feasible is it to invest in this project

guys its year 2011 and they still have not given possesion of the entire soceity but only the 1425 sqft flat

Most probably I am replying bit late to this post, but latest update is that they have started offering possession for few towers in Mid 2011.
The society seems nice, in first go, rest future will decide. About future and viability of the project, I am also clueless, i would appreciate of someone please advise us as I am also very interested to invest in CR as end user. |
