Indirapuram or Gurgaon : which will give more appreciation on investment ??
Hi ,
Right now in NCR there are 2 prime destinations for investment- Gurgaon & Indirapuram but if one were to invest solely on the dual criterion of appreciation on invetsmment & rental values then which is a better place to invest?

hmmm .. are you kidding. Indirapuram? No Way. It will be one big traffic snarl and too populated area. There are lot of other guys in the forum who have given cons of Indirapuram. Why dont u search and read that instead of opening a new thread.
 NCR(without Noida, its nothing). Go for Noida dude, maybe better along the expressway in the long term. |
